Privacy Policy
At Execution Space, we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website and use our services. We are committed to protecting your personal data and ensuring transparency in our data practices.
This policy applies to all information collected through our website, communication channels, and service interactions. If you have any questions about our privacy practices, please contact us at hello@executionspace.com.
Information We Collect
We collect information in several ways. When you fill out our contact form to inquire about our services, we collect your name, email address, company name, and the message you provide. This information is necessary to respond to your inquiry and discuss potential project engagements.
We also collect analytics data about how you interact with our website. We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-first analytics service, to understand page views, visitor flow, and which sections of our site are most valuable to our audience. This data is anonymized and aggregated—we do not track individual users or collect personally identifiable information through analytics. We do not use tracking pixels, social media pixels, or any third-party marketing trackers.
Depending on how you access our site, your browser may transmit standard web server information such as your IP address, browser type, and referrer URL. This data is logged by our hosting infrastructure but is not connected to your personal identity.
How We Use It
The personal information you provide through our contact form is used solely to respond to your inquiry, provide relevant information about our services, and discuss potential consulting engagements. We may use your email address to send you occasional updates about our work or insights we think might be valuable—you can opt out of these communications at any time.
Analytics data is used to improve our website's user experience, understand which services are most interesting to visitors, and optimize our content strategy. We never sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Your data is used internally by the Execution Space team only.
If you engage us for a project, we may process additional information related to the scope of work, timelines, and deliverables as necessary to complete the engagement. This is done under the terms of any signed service agreement.
Data Storage
Contact form submissions are stored securely through Freshdesk, our customer relationship management system. We retain this data for a period of two years from the date of submission, after which it is securely deleted. This retention period allows us to follow up on inquiries, maintain project history, and comply with relevant business regulations.
Our website is hosted on Cloudflare's global network, which provides both hosting and security services. Cloudflare's infrastructure is designed with industry-standard encryption and security protocols. Any data transmitted through our site is encrypted in transit using SSL/TLS technology.
We do not maintain extensive databases of user behavioral data. Analytics information from Plausible is retained for 12 months and is automatically purged thereafter. In accordance with GDPR regulations, we do not store data longer than necessary to achieve our stated purposes.
Your Rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you have specific rights regarding your personal data. You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to request correction of inaccurate data, and to request deletion of your data (subject to legal obligations to retain it).
You also have the right to data portability—requesting that we provide your information in a structured, commonly used format—and the right to withdraw consent for communications at any time. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at hello@executionspace.com with a clear description of your request. We will respond to all requests within 30 days.
If you believe we have mishandled your data, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Cookies
Our website uses only functional cookies essential to the operation of the site. These cookies enable basic features such as navigation state and do not track you across websites. We do not use cookies for advertising, behavioral tracking, or user profiling.
We implement Cloudflare Turnstile, a human verification service, to prevent automated abuse on our contact forms. Turnstile may set minimal functional cookies related to verification, but does not enable tracking or profiling.
Plausible Analytics, our analytics provider, is privacy-by-design and does NOT use cookies. It tracks page views and visitor interactions without personally identifying you. You are never tracked across different websites, and no personal data is shared with advertising networks or other third parties.

While we provide consulting services and strategic guidance, we make no guarantee or warranty regarding outcomes, results, or the suitability of our recommendations for your specific situation. The consulting industry inherently involves uncertainty and risk. You acknowledge that you rely on our guidance at your own discretion and are solely responsible for decisions made based on our input.
Our total liability for any claim arising from this website or our services shall not exceed the amounts you have paid to Execution Space, if any. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of liability, so this provision may not apply to you.
