Working with us
We work embedded in your team — typically in your Slack, attending relevant standups, and aligned on your sprint or quarterly rhythm. You'll have a dedicated strategist as your main point of contact, and we aim to feel like a well-briefed internal team member rather than an outside vendor waiting for a brief.
For most engagements, we can kick off within 2 weeks of a signed agreement. Our onboarding process is structured but fast — a strategy session, a shared workspace setup, and we're building. If you have a hard launch date, let us know upfront and we'll work backward from it.
We intentionally cap client load so every engagement gets real attention. We're selective about who we take on — not because we're precious about it, but because doing great work requires focused capacity. We'll be honest with you if our timeline is backed up.
Services & scope
Both. Project-based engagements work well for website builds, positioning sprints, or launch campaigns with a defined scope and end date. Retainers work better for ongoing execution — content, paid media, SEO, account management. Many clients start with a project and stay on for the ongoing work.
Yes — and we prefer it. We've worked in most major CMSs, CRMs, ad platforms, analytics stacks, and project management tools. We adapt to your workflow rather than forcing you into ours. That said, if something in your stack is creating friction, we'll tell you.
Our work spans B2B SaaS, e-commerce, professional services, and technology. The through-line isn't the industry — it's the stage. We work best with companies that have real traction, a clear product, and a leadership team that's ready to invest in growth properly.
Pricing & contracts
Yes. Our pricing page shows our retainer tiers with real numbers. For project work, we scope it properly and give you a fixed quote rather than an estimate. We'd rather have that conversation upfront than surprise you with a change order.
Monthly retainers require 30 days' written notice to end. We'll wind down cleanly, hand over everything we've built, and document where things stand. We don't hold assets hostage or make transitions difficult — that's not how we want to end any relationship.
Results & reporting
We set shared KPIs at the start of every engagement — pipeline contribution, conversion rates, cost per acquisition, content performance, whatever is meaningful for your business. We report against those, not vanity metrics. If something isn't working, we say so and adjust before the next cycle.
Paid media and technical improvements can show signal within weeks. Content and organic strategies compound over 3–6 months. Brand work is longer-arc but underpins everything else. We'll give you a realistic timeline at kickoff — not an optimistic one designed to win the pitch.
